For cashback related issues, please note that cashback is subject to merchant confirmation. If a purchase is returned or cancelled, the associated cashback will be reversed.

Returns & Cancellations

If you return a product purchased through GoFashionShop directly to the partner merchant, your cashback will be cancelled.

Missing Cashback

If your cashback did not track, please submit a missing cashback ticket within 7 days of the transaction.
